BRAND NEW SHOW
May 2, 9, 16

The five young men of Elephant Larry all met at Cornell University as members of the sketch comedy group, The Skits-O-Phrenics. Alex and Stefan graduated in 1999, moving to New York City shortly afterwards. Four years later, Jeff, Chris, and Geoff did the same, and in the summer of 2002, Elephant Larry was born.

Since their inception, Elephant Larry has created ten entirely new shows, including: Dawn of Elephant Larry, ElephantoberFest, The Precinct, The Syrup & Butter Show, A Tree Grows in Elephant Larry, All Aboard The U.S.S. Boatship!, The Crime Machine, BOOM, and Ninja Christmas.

BOOM ran for eight months of sold-out shows and was a critically-acclaimed success. Choice quotes include:

As a group, Elephant Larry won the first-ever Sketch Fights competition at Carolines on Broadway, claiming the title of "New York City's Best Comedy Writers." In May of 2004, they were selected out of hundreds of comedians as one of Back Stage's Top 10 Comedy Best Bets 2004. In June of 2004, they became the only comedy group in America to win both the Audience and Jury Awards at the Bass Red Triangle Comedy Competition.

They have played to sold-out houses at the New York International Fringe Festival, Chicago SketchFest, SF SketchFest, Best of the Best SketchFest in Portland, Seattle SketchFest, DC Comedy Fest, the HA! Comedy Festival, and at Carolines on Broadway, the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, and Madison Square Garden.
